MetaPro Wallet is a digital wallet service that allows users to store, send, and receive Ethereum and Ethereum-based tokens.
You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, including protecting your private keys and any passwords.
Transactions facilitated by MetaPro Wallet are irreversible, and we do not have the power to reverse any transactions on the Ethereum blockchain.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
You acknowledge that there are risks associated with using an Internet-based currency, including, but not limited to, the risk of hardware, software, and Internet connections, the risk of malicious software, and the risk that third parties may obtain unauthorized access to information stored within your wallet.
The Service is provided "as is" and without any warranty. We do not guarantee the constant availability of the Service or the absence of defects in the Service.
We shall not be liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MetaPro Wallet and its employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your improper use of the Service, or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party.
All disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through arbitration, and you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Web3, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
